Order Cancellation
A Customer can opt to cancel order within 4 hours of placing the order either online or by calling our customer service and receive a refund of any advance payment made, in accordance with our return & refund policy.
www.teddyhouse.lk reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer/vendor or breaches the terms & conditions of using www.teddyhouse.lk.
Return & Refunds
www.teddyhouse.lk practices no cash back and does not refund money. No exchange of items is allowed. However, we will issue a coupon or loyalty points equivalent to the order amount, which you can use for future purchases. If the transaction is based on COD (Cash On Delivery) and if the customer wants to return the order to us, the customer must bear the return courier fee.

We’re deeply sorry in the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective piece! In that case, please email us at [email protected] or send a text through WhatsApp within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund.
